What does the rental include?
- -Fully comprehensive insurance with a €600 excess
- –Everything included: Kitchen & bathroom, full kitchenware, heating, and solar panel.
- – Vehicle delivered fully cleaned and sanitised, inside and out
- – Free parking for your vehicle throughout the rental period

- – Unlimited mileage for rentals of 7 days or more
- –Pick-up and transfer service to the airport or train station within a 30 km radius
- Mileage for rentals under 7 days: limited to 350 km/day. Additional kilometre: €0.25.
Terms and Conditions
Who can drive?
To hire our motorhomes, the primary driver and any additional drivers must be over 25 years old and have held a Class B driving licence for at least 2 years.
The vehicle may only be collected by the person who signed the contract; collection by third parties is not permitted.
It is mandatory to submit the documentation for all drivers at least 48 hours in advance. Narixa reserves the right to request additional documentation.
Smoking and travelling with pets are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the retention of 50% of the security deposit.
How to book and your security deposit
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer. The remaining balance and the security deposit must be settled before collection.
The security deposit is refunded within a maximum period of 48 hours after verifying the good condition of the vehicle. In the event of any damage, the refund will be paused until a repair estimate is obtained.
The amount of the security deposit depends on the model and is detailed when the booking is formalised.
If you need to cancel
We understand that plans can change. This is our cancellation policy:
- More than 30 days before the start → 50% penalty of the booking deposit
- Between 16 and 29 days before the start → 80% penalty of the booking deposit
- Less than 15 days before the start → 100% penalty of the booking deposit
How to return the motorhome
The motorhome is delivered completely clean and sanitised. Upon return, it must be in the same condition and with the waste water tanks emptied.
If the vehicle does not meet these return conditions, a €100 cleaning fee will be applied.
Your responsibility at the wheel
The driver is liable for any fines, penalties, and other liabilities incurred due to the infringement of current traffic laws throughout the rental period.
The vehicle is to be used for normal purposes and must not carry more passengers than permitted. The hirer is expressly prohibited from using the vehicle for competitions or races, transporting goods, pushing or towing any other vehicle, assigning its use to third parties, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Your coverage during the trip
All our motorhomes have fully comprehensive insurance with a 600€ excess. In the event of an accident attributable to the driver, the driver shall be liable for damages up to this limit. If a third party is responsible, coverage is full, provided that the accident report is correctly completed.
Coverage is valid exclusively for travel within the European Union; driving outside this territory is prohibited.
The hirer is responsible for the cost of breakage, loss, or damage to accessories, vehicle equipment, or extra items (bicycles, child seats, etc.).
If something goes wrong on the road
In the event of a breakage, defect, or symptom of a breakdown, the driver must report it within 12 hours of detecting the problem.
Failure to report could delay the delivery to the next customer, in which case an amount equivalent to one day’s rental may be charged.
What expenses are your responsibility
Fuel is the responsibility of the driver throughout the entire rental period. Routine vehicle maintenance costs —oil changes, periodic inspections, and similar— are the responsibility of Narixa. Any repair, regardless of the cause, must be previously authorised by Narixa before being carried out.
Vehicle collection and return
Vehicle collection and return will take place at the agreed time and location. Early return does not entitle the hirer to a refund for unused days.
If the hirer fails to appear at the agreed time, it will be considered a unilateral termination with a penalty of 100% of the booking deposit, and the vehicle will remain at Narixa’s free disposal.
To extend the rental, notice must be given 3 days in advance (subject to availability). Unauthorised delays in returning the vehicle will be penalised at triple the daily rate.
If Narixa is unable to deliver the vehicle due to force majeure (previous breakdown or accident), the hirer will only be entitled to a refund of the deposit, with no additional compensation.
